By emphasizing the importance of deep, conscious breathing and ensuring proper alignment of the body, her classes enable you to explore your body's full potential while safeguarding your spine and joints. These classes are dynamic, incorporating movements both on the ground and in a standing position, while simultaneously attending to all planes of motion. Each flow is meticulously designed to maintain a balanced approach, preventing excessive strain on supporting muscles and joints. Through the fusion of mobility and strength exercises, Nat’s sessions engage your entire body, facilitating smooth transitions from one movement to the next.
