Nat, originally from North Vancouver, Canada, developed a profound passion for movement at a tender age of 2 when she embarked on her dance journey, which evolved into a dedicated commitment throughout her youth. However, upon entering the University of British Columbia to pursue a degree in Nutrition, the stresses of lecture halls, academic papers, exams, and adjusting to new social environments deterred her from pursuing dance further.

Fortunately, she found solace in the practice of yoga and Pilates, which proved to be effective tools in managing her stress levels. During her studies, Nat worked at lululemon, fostering strong connections within the vibrant fitness community of Vancouver. In 2017, she earned her certifications in Mat Pilates, Barre Fitness, and Lagree Fitness. In the autumn of 2019, Nat completed her training with The Class by Taryn Toomey while simultaneously graduating from UBC with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food, Nutrition, and Health. Since then, she has been dedicated to teaching full time.

In the autumn of 2021, Nat made the move to London, England, to continue her teaching journey with The Class. In the following year, she joined Heartcore as a Master Teacher and assumed the role of Lead for Heartcore on the Mat. Presently, Nat operates as a freelance instructor, offering mat Pilates classes at Basic Space in Southwest London, private sessions at home and in offices, as well as leading outdoor sessions in the parks of North/East London.

Nat's classes exude a welcoming and genuine atmosphere, filled with heartfelt authenticity and invigorating challenges. She motivates everyone to attentively tune in to their bodies and honor their individual needs in each present moment. With her compassionate nature and radiant smile, she creates a supportive environment where you can move freely and leave feeling accomplished.
